I am here on the planet in this time and space with a clear mission, to support humanity and the earth to rebalance and to thrive
I am here to activate women into their wholeness so they can radiate more love onto the planet.

I haven’t always been this clear and certain about my purpose.

As a child I was highly intuitive, I was aware of my gifts and my connection to source energy

My world changed drastically when my father passed. The trauma I experienced as a child lead me to loose trust with the world and with my connection to the higher parts of myself.

I feel like I’ve been on a healing journey back home to myself since then

I believe that when we are in aligning with our purpose and highest potential our soul whispers to us. We receive signs and synchronicities to help light our path if we are open to being supported.

I had many whispers from my soul inviting me to journey back home, all of which I ignored. I was living a life that was not aligned with my highest potential. I felt dense and disconnected, suppressed and numb.

To mask the suffering I chose to medicate.
It wasn’t until I was at the depths of my darkness and everything fell apart that I came back on my path and chose to embark on this healing journey.

I believe that life happens for us and is constantly unfolding to support us to align with our soul path and purpose if we create the connection and space to listen. We do this by coming back to the body and the breath.

My soul lead me to healers, natural medicine and experiences that aligned with my core values of natural healing. I returned to my roots and began to heal my physical, mental and emotional body through holistic healing.

I quickly began to hear the whispers from my soul enliven...

...calling me home to my body and into connection with my soul

I felt more alive than I had ever before, my intuition began to lead me to my next steps effortlessly. I became hungry for change and growth and was led to learn transformational modalities and practices. I cleared ancestral lines and cellular density within me, I broke cycles of the past that had kept me stuck for lifetimes.

As I felt the shifts within me my reality began to change too.
I healed and reclaimed all parts of myself until I felt whole again
