I am WOMAN

I sit here held by mama earth, I breathe in, I breathe out, I allow myself to feel it ALL.

I am called here daily to sit with myself and hear the whispers I need to hear and share with the world.

I trust my guidance and I know what I receive is real and needed. I feel it through all the cells of my body, I feel it all.

My truth and the permission to be ALL of me. The messy, the untamed, the wild that is WOMAN

ALL of me is safe here.

There is no judgment, no fear, no rejection.

I am alone yet I feel so held. I am held by everything and everything I am here to be.

I am held in LOVE here, all of me.
