I'm Coming Home

Writer's picture: Erin FrancesErin Frances

Pachamama I’m coming home,

Home to the place I belong,

It has been far too long.

Take me there, take all of me,

On the wind through the trees.

Feet on the earth where it all began,

Why must we be so unkind,

All the hurt and the pain,

How did we get here humankind,

What will our great grandchildren come to find.

Here I am to do my part,

I am here to lead from the HEART.

Return to our roots,

Return to LOVE 💓

Naked and bare on the land,

Held by the sky above

Anchored into the earth below ✨

I would like to acknowledge the Gubbi Gubbi people as the first nation's people and custodians of the lands on which I live, work and play. I pay respect to their elders past, present and future. I recognise that these lands have always been a place for learning, teaching and creation.
