The Truth about the PILL

I am here to activate your truth and inner wisdom.

For you to remember you are sovereign.

This post is for education and awareness not for shaming purposes.

For any woman still on the pill, this is now your sovereign choice alongside this information.

The contraceptive pill is a class 1 carcinogenic

A cancer causing agent alongside processed meat, radiation, smoking and alcohol.

I too spent a big chunk of my formative years taking the pill.

Now I spend my life teaching women they don’t need to rely on birth control.

Like most teenage girls of my time I wanted to be on the pill.

I begged my mum to take me to the doctor so I could fit in with all the other girls.

I honestly thought it was apart of the initiation into womanhood.

I also wanted to have relief from acne on my chest and back and the doctor didn’t inform me of any side effects.

I didn’t know how important it was to bleed naturally🩸

I spent years skipping my monthly withdrawal bleed 🩸 and as I write this I am shocked by the information out there I read.

Telling women that we don’t need to bleed.

That it is perfectly healthy to skip your monthly or withdrawal bleed 🩸

Withdrawal bleed is what occurs on the pill due to the drop in synthetic hormones, this triggers the womb wall (endometrium ) to fall away.

In a natural cycle at this time testosterone comes along to support our reproductive system.

Testosterone is responsible for the repair of our reproductive system, tissue and bone mass.

The pill introduces synthetic hormones into our system.

Depriving our body of the natural hormones it needs to repair and fight disease.

Preventing what is natural to move with ease.

Not allowing our womb to fully shed.

Creating residue, build up and stagnation instead.

For any woman who has successfully come off the pill I’m sure you can reflect the journey it took.

In the eyes of the medical system it’s normal for it to take up to 12 months for cycle regulation after the pill.

It can bring with it confusion, pain and emotional turmoil.

This which is also so misunderstood.

Women expect when they choose to stop taking the pill that their body will bounce back just like it should.

It takes time for our body to regain its natural rhythm.

To relearn the wisdom the pill has suppressed and sedated.

For the women who’s intuitive guidance has been confirmed by this post.

I see you, I’m here.

You are not alone xx
